Second proposal from third party

Further to the Company’s announcements dated 18 August, 2015, EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF) announces that it has now received a second non-binding preliminary proposal from an unrelated third party to offer $115-125 million in cash for its Point-of-Care business (which excludes the Clinical Chemistry and Molecular Diagnostics businesses).
